Designed to store small quantities of different types of material in a perfectly organized way and occupying the least possible space.
Warehousing for rests of metallic materials
The system is manufactured as standard in 6.5m in length, and is prepared to store material up to 6 meters long. Apart from this standard measure, the system can be configured in a personalized way, for each case and client, based on different needs. These measures could reach from 2 to 8 meters in length.
It is possible to make a configuration combining modules of different sizes and weights, optimizing the space and the required investment.
It permits the storage of up to 100 different material references in a single warehouse.
Each shelf can support loads from 500 kg to 5,000 kg.
To avoid unnecessary efforts by the operators, an extraction point is added that makes the position more ergonomic when working.
How
UPMOVIOM RP SYSTEM
works
The introduction and removal of the system trays can be done both manually and automatically.
With the automatic system, a touch screen is placed on the system to open the required shelf to take the material.
The bottom of each shelf can be opened to allow slinging the product easily, or solid closed with sheet to allow us to store smaller materials.
Within these shelves you can store delicate materials (chrome bar, burnished, rectified …) or rests of already cut pieces of small size.
Storage RPA
The material is placed on trays that slide through a frame.
System characteristics
- Length of material to be stored: 2-8m in length.
- Weights per shelf: 500-3,000 kg per shelf (motorized 6,000 kg).
- Storage height: 150-500mm per shelf.
- Storage levels: 3-12 levels.
- Materials to be stored: long material - material rests and pieces.
- Options: Sheet metal base per shelf, automated.
Crank Cantilever (RPC)
The material is extracted in a cantilever by means of a crank or motor.
System characteristics
- Length of the material to be stored: 3-14 m.
- Weights per shelf: 1000-7500 kg per shelf.
- Storage height: 150-500mm per storey.
- Storage levels: 3-8 levels.
- Materials to be stored: long material, rests and cuts.
- Options: Sheet metal base for short pieces, motorization. Possibility of combining them with front storage systems

With this system we take full advantage of the space. It can be placed next to a wall, where the bridge crane can only reach the parts if the system is open.
Adaptability
It is a very flexible system that adapts to the needs of each client. All shelves can be configured in different heights and widths, lengths by reference and load capacity. Each shelf can be separated into up to 8 positions. A sheet metal base can also be placed to store the smaller size references.
