Designed to store small quantities of different types of material in a perfectly organized way and occupying the least possible space.
The RP-System is designed for lateral handling and can be configured to suit each individual case and client, adapting to any specific needs. There are two types of systems depending on the extraction method of the storage levels: rolling or cantilever.
The rolling system uses wheels to facilitate the movement of the load, while the cantilever system allows the storage of long objects with an overhanging method.
Both systems optimize space and improve efficiency and safety in material handling, adapting to different industries and logistical requirements.
The introduction and extraction of the trays in the system can be done either manually or automatically. With the automatic system, a touchscreen is placed on the locker, allowing us to open the required level using a button to retrieve the material.
In both models (RPF and RPA), the bottom of each sliding tray can be opened to allow easy slinging of the product, or closed with sheet metal to store smaller materials. Inside these lockers, delicate materials (chrome bars, polished, ground…) or scraps from previously cut smaller pieces can be stored.
Storage system equipped with manual (up to 3000 kg) or automatic sliding drawers. These drawers slide along the frame to facilitate access to the materials.
This model allows the sides to be fold down when not in use, keeping the rest of the workspace unrestricted.
The system facilitates the storage of long products while occuping the minimum possible space, extracting only the required level via a crank of touchscreen, depending on the model.
This design optimizes space and improves safety in construction materials warehouses and metallurgical industries.
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SPACE TO THE MAXIMUM AND KEEP THE ORDER
With this system we take full advantage of the space. It can be placed next to a wall, where the bridge crane can only reach the parts if the system is open.
It is a very flexible system that adapts to the needs of each client. All shelves can be configured in different heights and widths, lengths by reference and load capacity. Each shelf can be separated into up to 8 positions. A sheet metal base can also be placed to store the smaller size references.

It allows a type of work without risks and in an ergonomic way.
MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR INTEGRATING INTO THE SYSTEMS
Each drawwer can have a profiled base, allowing the product to be slung easy, or fully plated, enabling the storage of smaller materials.
Additionally, the drawers can have pins to store different items in the same location.
Under customer´s request, the drawers can have a side recess to extract the material from the side without needing to open the drawer.
