The UPMOVIOM sheet metal storage system offers you, in a small space, to have your sheets stored in an orderly manner and easily accessible for handling.
The storage system is manufactured according to your needs. Considering the complete adaptability of the size to the client’s needs, the standard storage sizes are for sheet metal packages of the following dimensions:
In each shelf of your warehouse, you can configure to store packages from 500kg to 5000kg per shelf, and design for heights of use between 1.8m and 5m responding to your needs.
Materials that can be stored: Format steel sheets, other sheets, finished pieces.
Options: Upper warehouse, motorization by levels, lower shelves for different materials. Combination of sliding low levels, with upper completely container.
The system consists of columns of sliding shelves.
The introduction and extraction of these shelves can be done both manually and automatically.
To avoid problems of overexertion, an extraction point is added so that, when making the efforts of extraction and introduction of the shelf, the operator is in the most ergonomic working position.
All our sheet metal storage systems can be motorized, in this way the operator does not have to carry out manual extractions, thus saving unnecessary efforts.
This new model allows us to fold down its sides to carry out loading and unloading tasks, in this way, we always keep free space while it is not being used.
This system is made up of removable shelves. The shelf can be completely removed from the system. This system is only designed to work with a forklift.
The system is divided into two parts: the lower part dedicated to the storage of sheets for individual handling, and the upper part intended for the storage of complete packages.
The warehouse can be made up of four types shelves/drawers: fixed shelves, removable shelves, sliding drawers and interchangeable drawers. If required, it is also possible to handle it with a forklift from the front or rear according to the needs of the client.
We also have a specific model for the storage of the roof cover plate with frontal storage. It allows the storage of sheet metal packages of up to 4.000 kg and up to 9 meters in length, completely safely and taking up very little space.
