We design and manufacture custom industrial storage systems for heavy, bulky or special materials that cannot be stored properly in a conventional system.
More than 15 years delivering specific solutions for long goods and sheet metal storage allow us to adapt our systems to other materials, loads and production processes, with several successful installations.
Development and installation of specific storage solutions
These materials share a number of characteristics: weight, geometry and sensitivity, so they must be stored with great care. That is why we have delivered tailor-made solutions, working together with the customer and adapting the structure, load levels, supports and protections until the optimal solution is achieved.

The support areas have been adapted to the geometry of the rollers and coated with Vulkollan®, minimising contact with the structure and reducing the risk of rubbing and surface damage.
Direct crane access. As with the cantilever, pulling out the level gives easy crane access to the selected roller, without having to handle or move the other stored units.
We adapted our RPF system to store industrial dies, pistons and guides safely and in an organised way on each level.

The system has eight storage levels and can hold:

A system of 100% pull-out drawers designed to store heavy industrial bearings, providing full and safe access to each unit.
Each drawer includes individual support cradles adapted to the geometry of the bearings. The contact areas are protected with Vulkollan® to reduce rubbing and prevent components from shifting during storage.
Custom-designed industrial storage system for integration with robotic arms. The drawers are automatically extracted, allowing the robot to access and handle the stored parts.
The system can be adapted to different part geometries and integrated with multiple production machines.
