Comprehensive project where the entire warehouse has been equipped with Upmoviom storage systems, designed to store 6-meter long profiles as well as sheet metal in various formats.
The project has been divided into 5 phases, allowing the client to continue operating at a normal pace while the installation was carried out, and spreading the investment over several years.
In all phases of the front warehouse, we worked between the columns of the building to maximize space optimization.
PHASE I
Storage system designed to store 6-meter long profiles:
- Number of references: 110 medium references + 66 complete packages in the upper warehouse.
- System dimensions: 15.9m length x 6.7m width x 2.4m height.
- Load capacity per location: 3000 KG.
- Total references stored: 176 packages in 106m².
PHASE II
Storage system designed to store 6-meter long profiles:
- Number of references: 120 medium references + 8 large references + 78 complete packages in the upper warehouse.
- System dimensions: 20.3m length x 6.7m width x 2.9m height.
- Load capacity per location: 3000 KG.
- Total references stored: 206 references in 136m².
PHASE III
Storage system designed to store 6-meter long profiles:
- Number of references: 72 medium references + 20 large references + 66 complete packages in the upper warehouse.
- System dimensions: 18.5m length x 6.7m width x 2.9m height.
- Load capacity per location: 3000 KG.
- Total references stored: 158 references in 124m².
PHASE IV
Storage system designed to store 6-meter long profiles.
This system is designed in such a way that complete packages can be stored transversally in the upper warehouse, as the available space did not allow for a rear walkway for safe operator movement.
Additionally, due to an emergency exit door on one side of the building, a walkway was created to maintain access to this door.
The upper warehouse of Phase III and Phase IV were combined to create a single upper warehouse.

- System dimensions: 16m length x 5.5m width x 2.9m height.
- Load capacity per location: 3000 KG.
- Total references stored: 127 references in 88m².
PHASE V
Storage system for sheet metal.
In this phase, several sheet metal lockers are installed for different formats (models RPF and RPA). All the installed trays are sliding, making them ideal for use with both overhead cranes and forklifts.
