FUNCTIONING

DESIGNED TO STORE REST PIECES AND FINE MATERIAL OR MANY REFERENCES WITH FEW QUANTITIES

Designed to store small quantities of different types of material in a perfectly organized way and occupying the least possible space.

The RP-System is designed for lateral handling and can be configured to suit each individual case and client, adapting to any specific needs. There are two types of systems depending on the extraction method of the storage levels: rolling or cantilever.

The rolling system uses wheels to facilitate the movement of the load, while the cantilever system allows the storage of long objects with an overhanging method.

Both systems optimize space and improve efficiency and safety in material handling, adapting to different industries and logistical requirements.

The introduction and extraction of the trays in the system can be done either manually or automatically. With the automatic system, a touchscreen is placed on the locker, allowing us to open the required level using a button to retrieve the material.

ROLLING

System characteristics

In both models (RPF and RPA), the bottom of each sliding tray can be opened to allow easy slinging of the product, or closed with sheet metal to store smaller materials. Inside these lockers, delicate materials (chrome bars, polished, ground…) or scraps from previously cut smaller pieces can be stored.

Storage RPF-SYSTEM

Storage system equipped with manual (up to 3000 kg) or automatic sliding drawers. These drawers slide along the frame to facilitate access to the materials.

Storage RPA-SYSTEM

This model allows the sides to be fold down when not in use, keeping the rest of the workspace unrestricted.

RP-SYSTEM
CANTILEVER

RPC-SYSTEM (Crank or touchscreen Cantilever)

The system facilitates the storage of long products while occuping the minimum possible space, extracting only the required level via a crank of touchscreen, depending on the model.

This design optimizes space and improves safety in construction materials warehouses and metallurgical industries.

ADVANTAGES

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SPACE TO THE MAXIMUM AND KEEP THE ORDER

SPACE
OPTIMIZATION

With this system we take full advantage of the space. It can be placed next to a wall, where the bridge crane can only reach the parts if the system is open.

Adaptability

It is a very flexible system that adapts to the needs of each client. All shelves can be configured in different heights and widths, lengths by reference and load capacity. Each shelf can be separated into up to 8 positions. A sheet metal base can also be placed to store the smaller size references.

Organization

The materials are perfectly organized and easily accessible to take them

Safety

It allows a type of work without risks and in an ergonomic way.

SETTING

MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR INTEGRATING INTO THE SYSTEMS

Base of drawers

Each drawwer can have a profiled base, allowing the product to be slung easy, or fully plated, enabling the storage of smaller materials.

Side recess

Under customer´s request, the drawers can have a side recess to extract the material from the side without needing to open the drawer.

RebajeLateral

Divider pins

Divider pins safely separate different product references within the same industrial storage location. They can be freely installed and removed, allowing up to 10 different references to be organised on each level.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The scrap storage system can be configured with adjustable, removable dividers that split each level into several independent spaces. This makes it possible to store profiles, tubes, bars, or offcuts of different sizes within the same system, keeping each reference separate and easy to locate.

The compartments can also be adapted with different widths depending on the size of the material. It is also possible to design levels with different heights, combining, for example, large profiles on some levels and small offcuts on others.

This configuration helps make better use of the available volume and keep material organised by type, size, or reference.

Yes. The scrap storage system can include levels with a sheet-metal base for storing short pieces, offcuts, small profiles, or materials of reduced dimensions.

The sheet-metal base keeps material from falling between supports or shifting within the compartment, which improves safety and makes handling easier.

Side and cantilever systems can include cross members that allow slings to pass through, securing and lifting the material safely.

These supports make handling easier with an overhead crane or other lifting equipment, allowing packs, bars, or profiles to be removed without compromising the material’s stability.

The scrap storage system can include locking mechanisms to prevent unwanted movement while material is being handled. When a tray or level is open, the safety system helps keep it fixed and stable, reducing risk for the operator.

Yes. The scrap storage system can include hinged doors as an additional option. These doors let you close the system when it is not in use and free up the front space.

Yes. Side and cantilever systems can be designed to store profiles, tubes, bars, and other long materials.

Depending on the project, the system can be adapted to lengths of up to 20 metres, always depending on the type of material, its weight, rigidity, available space, and handling equipment.
