HOW DOES IT WORK

This application allows us to directly manage all the necessary information for the preparation and shared information of the purchase orders between the working platform and the main office. In addition, it can be easily connected to your ERP, so that when an order is entered in the computer, it goes directly to the warehouse working platform to begin its preparation.

Urgent orders

For situations in which the customer has arrived in the company and needs to take the order at that moment, or for orders that are going to be picked up in a short space of time.

Scheduled journey orders

If the preparation of the purchase order requires a specific delivery itinerary, we will use this criterion to follow different routes.

Material matching

Sometimes you may need to prepare orders with the same materials. Use this organizational criterion for each of these cases.

UPMOVIOM SW-P works

The worker selects the orders to prepare from the platform’s program, using the criteria set by the office. Once these orders have been selected (maximum 6 orders with up to 50 total references and a maximum total weight of 7 tons), the platform calculates the optimal route to collect these materials with a single round trip, optimizing the preparation time and the consequent energy saving.

As you prepare each order line, you enter the traceability code for the prepared material. This information is sent back to the customer’s ERP, so that each order is completely controlled in a single program (order number, prepared references, kg prepared, corresponding traceability number, sale price).
The working platform has a label-printer so that all orders are fully identified with their labels and ready for dispatch.

Also, it has the possibility of sending messages to the different people involved in the order preparation process, from the platform when required.

It allows configuring the working platform to the requests of the customer (preparation of urgent orders, delivery itineraries, …) and allows us real-time access to all the necessary information, including:

  • Work in real time
    We can know what order is being prepared at any specific moment and its moment of preparation from where we need it.
  • Production reports.
    Production can be controlled per day, per week, per worker, per month, individually or globally.
  • Economic reports.
    By adding the cost of the worker and platform, we can control the cost of preparing an order, the cost of all customer orders in a given time, all orders in a period of time …, all the information necessary to make strategic decisions.
  • Own purchase reports.
    The program can generate an email to notify us when any material is below the minimum required stock to generate purchase orders.

OTHER FEATURES

CONNECTION WITH ERP

The program is prepared to be integrated with an ERP. Once connected, each order placed through it will be automatically sent to the working platform for preparation. When the order is finished on the platform, all the necessary information will be reflected in the ERP.

ONLINE ORDERS

The program can also be used from different devices, allowing salespeople to view the stock online and enter an order directly to the ERP and the platform for its preparation.
