SHELVES SYSTEM DESIGNED TO STORE SHEETS
The UPMOVIOM sheet metal storage system offers you, in a small space, to have your sheets stored in an orderly manner and easily accessible for handling.
The storage system is manufactured according to your needs. Considering the complete adaptability of the size to the client’s needs, the standard storage sizes are for sheet metal packages of the following dimensions:
In each shelf of your warehouse, you can configure to store packages from 500kg to 5000kg per shelf, and design for heights of use between 1.8m and 3m responding to your needs.
Materials that can be stored: Format steel sheets, other sheets, finished pieces.
Options: Upper warehouse, motorization by levels, lower shelves for different materials. Combination of sliding low levels, with upper completely removable trays.
How UPMOVIOM CHF SYSTEM
works
The system consists of columns of sliding shelves.
The introduction and extraction of these shelves can be done both manually and automatically.
To avoid problems of overexertion, an extraction point is added so that, when making the efforts of extraction and introduction of the shelf, the operator is in the most ergonomic working position.
Motorized shelves for metal sheets
All our sheet metal storage systems can be motorized, in this way the operator does not have to carry out manual extractions, thus saving unnecessary efforts.
UPMOVIOM CHA SYSTEM
This new model allows us to fold down its sides to carry out loading and unloading tasks, in this way, we always keep free space while it is not being used.

UPMOVIOM CH SYSTEM
This system is made up of removable shelves. The shelf can be completely removed from the system. This system is only designed to work with a forklift.

- Storage height: from 1800mm to 4.000mm.
- Storage levels: from 5 to 20 levels.
- Materials to be stored: Sheet Steel Format, other sheets.
- Options: Upper storage (up to 6 extra tones).
UPMOVIOM CHX SYSTEM
The system is divided into two parts: the lower part dedicated to the storage of sheets for individual handling, and the upper part intended for the storage of complete packages.
The warehouse can be made up of three types of shelves: fixed, removable, or interchangeable with the lower trays. If required, it is also possible to handle it with a forklift from the front or rear according to the needs of the client.

UPMOVIOM CHT SYSTEM (for cover plate)
We also have a specific model for the storage of the roof cover plate with frontal storage. It allows the storage of sheet metal packages of up to 4.000 kg and up to 9 meters in length, completely safely and taking up very little space.

The system is completely configurable to the needs of the client, allowing to mix shelves of different sizes and weights, one attached to the other, optimizing the space and investment required.
Extra shelf
As an option, an extra shelf can be added at the top to increase capacity.
Base plate
On request, you can place a sheet at the base of the storage column if you are interested in storing smaller pieces in an orderly manner and in very little space.
Other types of sheets
It can also be adapted to store other types of sheets such as trapezoidal sheet, mini wave sheet, collaborating sheet, pegasus sheet, different types of panels.
